This video brings back a lot of memories for me. My first major trip abroad was to China, where I spent two weeks pelatihan kung fu at the Shaolin Temple along with my friends and classmates from my martial arts school back here in the U.S. It was an amazing trip filled with culture, history, and some of the most challenging physical workouts ever. This clip gives us a brief look at this fantastic place, which was instrumental in convincing me that travel was a big part of what I wanted to do with my life.
